Shipping

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

• Orders are shipped within 1 business day on weekdays. If you order before 4 PM? We aim to ship your order on the same day.
• Delivery within the Netherlands: usually the next business day.
• Delivery within Belgium: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery within Europe: 2–7 business days (depending on the country).

Delivery options:

• Home delivery
• Collection at a pick-up point (e.g., PostNL point or DPD service point)

During checkout, choose what suits you best.

Shipping costs:

• Netherlands: €4.95 — free shipping from €50
• Belgium: €6.95 — free shipping from €70
• Other EU countries: costs will be calculated at checkout

Please note: during busy periods (such as holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.

Returns

Not satisfied? No problem.

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

Conditions:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• If possible, in the original packaging
• Damage due to use is not covered by returns

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return process:

1. Send an email to info@smashburgermaster.nl with your order number
2. You will receive return instructions within 2 business days
3. Return the product via a carrier of your choice
4. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days

Return costs:

• Return costs are at your own expense
• Unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered — in which case we will fully reimburse the return costs

Damaged or wrong product?

Has your order arrived damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours via info@smashburgermaster.nl with photos and your order number. We always ensure a suitable solution.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns when:

• Products are used or damaged
• Products are incomplete
• The return period has been exceeded
