Shipping & Returns

What is the delivery time?

If you order on working days before 5:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands, you will usually receive your package the next working day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, after dispatch you will receive a track & trace code that allows you to follow your package.

Can I choose a pick-up point?

Yes, during checkout you can choose delivery to a pick-up point near you.

What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.95. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. For international shipping, costs will be calculated at checkout.

What is the return period?

You have 30 days after receipt to return your order.

How can I return a product?

Send an email to info@smashburgermaster.com with your order number. You will then receive the return instructions.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours and include photos. We will provide a suitable solution.

About the products

What material are the products made from?

All Smashburger Master products are made of high-quality stainless steel (RVS). Durable, food-safe, and resistant to high temperatures.

How much does the smasher weigh?

The Smasher weighs 364 grams. Heavy enough for the right pressure, light enough for comfortable working.

What exactly is in the set?

The set consists of four components: The Smasher (pressing), The Cover Lid (retaining heat), The Spatula (flipping), and The Scraper (scraping off crusts).

Does this also work on a regular pan?

Yes! Smashburger Master is designed for the home cook without a professional griddle. A cast iron pan or heavy skillet works best.

How big is The Smasher?

The Smasher has a diameter of no less than 14 centimeters. Big enough for the perfect smash!

Does The Smasher stick to the ground beef? Pro tip!

Pro tip: always flip the meatball before smashing. Make sure the seared side is facing up, then smash from top to bottom. The rendered fat will automatically ensure that the Smasher releases from the meat.

Use & Maintenance

How do I use The Smasher correctly?

Heat your pan over high heat. Place a meatball (80–100g) in the pan and immediately press it flat. Pro-Tip: Flip the meatball before smashing it; the fat will prevent it from sticking to your smasher!

What do I use The Cover Lid for?

Lay it over the burger after flipping. It retains heat, allowing the cheese to melt and the burger to cook evenly.

Are the products dishwasher-safe?

The products are made of stainless steel and are easy to clean. Manual washing with warm water and detergent is sufficient and will keep them in top condition longer.

How do I keep the products in good condition?

Rinse immediately after use, dry them thoroughly and do not use abrasive sponges. That way they will last a long time.
